Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; transportation facility; and road / highway.

The City of Saskatoon is seeking to hire a construction contractor to deliver the College Drive LINK Corridor Project. This multi-year project includes, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of College Drive, removal of portions of the existing asphalt concrete roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and pavers; grade construction for new roadways; modifications to existing storm sewer and water main infrastructure; construction of new roadway surfacing; rehabilitation of existing asphalt concrete; construction of new curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, and asphalt multi-use pathways; construction of Link Bus Rapid Transit stations; area grading and landscaping, including planting; installation of underground traffic signal and street lighting infrastructure; installation of signage and pavement markings; and installation of street furnishings.
