Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Flagstaff, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a 3,425-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
The Arizona Game and Fish Department seeks a contractor to provide all transportation, delivery labor, material, equipment, general conditions, overhead and profit, quality control, and permitting for constructing ADA compliant parking and sidewalks to the rifle/pistol range and bathroom at the Northern Arizona Shooting Range per engineering plans. The contractor must maintain at least one lane of traffic into and out of the shooting range and include all traffic control in the bid. This project is not subject to Davis Bacon Wage requirements but must comply with Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. Project estimate is $50,000.00. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of: Constructing ADA compliant parking and sidewalks to the rifle/pistol range and bathroom at the Northern Arizona Shooting Range per engineers plans in Exhibit 2 This is NOT a Davis Bacon Wage project. This project must comply with Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements as required by Section 70914 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58). BABAA requirement language is provided in Exhibit 1. The contractor shall maintain at least one lane of traffic into and out of the shooting range.
