Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Flagstaff, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and multi-residential development.

The City of Flagstaff (Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Arizona licensed architects (Firm) to provide professional Architectural services (Project), including: Provide complete architectural design services for a housing masterplan and a public safety campus. The design will consist of Architectural services to master plan the 27-acre site for housing units to serve local residents, as well as a public safety campus. Prepare design plans, specifications, special provisions, bid schedule, engineers estimate, and all necessary procurement documents associated with the Project. Work with the Owner and the selected Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) Contractor during the design and construction of the selected improvements as a Capital Improvement Project. Wherever the word "Firm" is used in this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ), it will mean each or any of the individuals, firms, partnerships, or corporations, submitting an SOQ for Architectural services being sought by the Owner for this Project. All qualified Firms interested in providing the required services are invited to submit their SOQs that comply with the requirements specified in this RSOQ. The selected Firm will be expected to enter a base Contract for Professional Services (Contract). The Contract will be awarded at the Owner’s discretion. Contracted services and associated fees will be negotiated after a qualified Firm is selected. Method of contractor selection has not been return at this time.
