The program must offer safe, reliable, and cost-effective rental options, supported by strong customer service, transparent pricing, and efficient administrative processes. Proposers may submit proposals for one, two, or all three operational models described below. The University will evaluate each option independently and may select a single model or a combination of models based on best value and operational fit.
