The purpose of this Bid is to obtain the services of licensed contractors to provide roofing services for twenty buildings at the Ft Tuthill County Park Nestled in cool Ponderosa pine forest at 7,000 elevation and three miles south of Flagstaff, AZ, the county's premier 633-acre regional park is open year-round as a recreation and entertainment destination. Throughout the year, outdoor enthusiasts enjoy the multi-use trails, bike park, disc golf course, campground, archery range, equestrian facilities, and many special events, concerts, outdoor recreation programs, and the Coconino County Fair, which occurs over the Labor Day weekend attracting nearly 40,000 attendees and participants. In the winter, Fort Tuthill transforms into a snowy wonderland offering snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and passive and active snow play for all ages (weather permitting). The Scope of Work for this Project will include all labor, materials the re-roofing and repair including, but not limited to Tear-off, Ice & water shield, felt, drip edge, shingles, flashing and any specialty work that will need to be done on specific buildings (chimney flashing, A/C, pluming jack boots, etc.). Contractors will be expected to inspect each building to determine the extent of the work required for each one. The buildings in need of re-roofing are located in the Historic Quad as shown in the attached map. The large Commercial building is NOT included in this work. Building number 21 will be the 20th building that will require roofing services.
