Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Renous, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Modifications to existing floor drains and installation of new buried insulated 6" PVC piping to a new Oil Water Separator (OWS); removal and replacement of used oil tank and associated piping; installation of new used oil collection and transfer system; installation of new underground double-wall FRP OWS with monitoring system; installation of intermediate and inlet/outlet catch basins; interior and exterior drainage upgrades; asphalt and concrete restoration; contaminated soil and water removal (allowances: 200 tonnes soil, 1,000 L water). Includes all labour, materials, and equipment.
