Renovation of a stadium in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for the reception desk retrofit at the Edmundston sports complex as per specifications and drawings included. Selective demolition and complete retrofit of the reception desk area at the Pavillon Sportif, including carpentry, millwork, casework, glass partitions, doors, finishes, ceilings, and coordination with electrical and mechanical systems. Temporary relocation of reception desk required during construction A Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price, or a certified cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price.
