Reference Number NB-UMCE2025-10 The University of Moncton, Edmundston campus, wishes to collaborate with a developer capable of designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining a multi-use building. Through this expression of interest, the University of Moncton, Edmundston campus, seeks to assess the level of interest and pre-select a developer to lease a parcel of land. Scope Multi-use development on UMCE land; must include: (a) Musée historique du Madawaska spaces (see areas below); (b) 1,100 m2 for a financial institution (long-term lease; base M&E only; tenant finishes by bank); (c) proposal for office spaces and housing (student housing favored); design to integrate sustainable/green standards and latest NBC codes; building must be accessible and ready by fall 2028 Tender Documents can be obtained from nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca
