The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for the construction of a new retention pond in the Parc Richelieu, located on the 22nd street in Edmundston. Project Scope Work Includes: Construction of a new retention pond at Parc Richelieu. Installation of inlet and discharge piping, manhole, and French drains. Site reinstatement and landscaping. Construction of new walking trails. Tree and vegetation planting in spring 2026.
