Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for the construction of a garage concrete foundation and slab as per attached plans. Scope of Work Construction of a garage concrete foundation and slab, including: Reinforced footings and foundation walls. Concrete floor pit and piers. Drain tile and crushed rock perimeter. Waterproof membrane - bituminous coating. 4.5" rigid insulation. Concrete slab pour and finish. A Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by e-mail at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125.
