Renovation of a detention facility in Sedalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

. Project Overview The project involves repairing a number of leaking water supply lines, replacing unions and copper where necessary, and replacing one mixing valve. All projects will be located at the Pettis County Jail, with the project site being located at 333 South Lamine Ave. Sedalia, MO. 3. Scope of Work The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of mixing valve o Removal of current, corroded & leaking, mixing valve, check valves, and unions o Installation of a new mixing valve, check valves, thermometer, & unions Repair or replacement of boiler/mechanical room water lines. o Removal of corroded waterlines in the boiler/mechanical room that are leaking and show signs of corrosion. o Removal of leaking unions & corroded fittings o Installation of new unions, & copper piping with proper insulation. Provision of all necessary documentation, certifications, and permits. 4. Submission Requirements Interested suppliers are required to submit the following: Company profile, including relevant experience and qualifications. Clearly itemized bids that include all labor, materials, equipment, and applicable fees. Proposed completion schedule. Any necessary proof of insurance and Liability documentation Terms and conditions of the quotation. Warranty and support details. Pettis County Commission re-serves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Late submissions will not be considered.
