Renovation of an office development in Sedalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
1. Introduction The County Commission seeks competitive bids to furnish and install new flooring at the property . The project includes removal of existing flooring, preparation of substrates, and installation of new flooring systems across multiple rooms/areas. The Owner is considering commercial luxu-ry vinyl tile/plank (LVT/LVP) and seamless epoxy flooring solutions, with the ability to mix and match flooring types by room based on needs and budget. 2. Scope of Work 2.1 General Field-verify dimensions. quantities and Protect existing walls, doors casework, and adjacent tinishes. Remove and legally dispose of existing flooring and suitable underlayments. unPrepare substrates to meet manufacturers' requirements, including leveling & moisture mitigation if needed. Furnish and install specified flooring systems, transitions, base, and accessories. Coordinate phasing and main-tain access as directed by Owner. Rooms/Areas (Prelimina-ry List) Final room names/areas and square footage will be con-firmed at the pre-bid meeting. * Office - (Superintendent) * Conference Room * Break Room Adjacent Corridor Rear entry/reception Bidders shall itemize pricing by room/area and by flooring type (LVT/LVP vs. Epoxy) to allow the Owner to select different systems for different rooms. Pettis County Commission re-serves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
