Renovation of a recreation facility in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to make various improvements at the Mulligans Miniature Golf Course located at 692 W. South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, Utah. The improvements include, but are not limited to: refinishing, repairing, and improving existing faux rock structures and creating additional faux rock structures, repairing ponds, improving and leveling water features, constructing a fountain feature, and installing additional lighting. Proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire, the State of Utah's Procurement website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to submit the bid before the scheduled time. All questions must be asked through the question and answer function in Bonfire. No paper proposals will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if it believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City, including for reasons such as the proposal not being responsive, the bidder being unqualified, or failing to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by the City.
