The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from architectural firms to provide design services for two new buildings - one that will serve as South Jordan City's Public Works West Side, and one Public Works and Recreation storage building. The project location for the Public Works West Side Facility is 5464 West Bingham Rim Road. The project location for the recreation storage facility is west of the existing Public Works yard at 10998 South Redwood Road. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the proposal is not responsive, or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
