Renovation of an educational facility in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Jordan School District is seeking to enter into a contract with a bidder to provide elevator modernization for South Jordan Middle School. Please see the full IFB attachment for all bid guidelines and requirements. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. All inquiries relative to this bid need to be submitted by Thursday February 5,2026 at 2:00 p.m. MST and will be answered though U3P Bonfire. Location: South Jordan Middle School 10245 South 2700 West South Jordan, UT 84095 Start date: June 8, 2026. Modernization to include installation of new electrical conduit and feeders as per attached specifications. Include installation of battery lowering control interface. Contractor to provide auxiliary power feeds. Contractor to modify the existing fire emergency control and notification systems. Contractor to provide a 12-month maintenance and warranty. Contractor to provide certificate of insurance. Work to be completed no later than: August 7, 2026.
