South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, Utah. The desired size is a 28 x 48 footprint and a 30 x 50 roof with a 4:12 pitch. Project Description: Traditional Timber A-Frame 30'x50' Pavilion with a 32'x52' roof with a 4:12 pitch - the items listed below are an example. Contractors should bid an a-frame pavilion that is as close to this example as possible. _ Wood Type: Douglas Fir, stained _ *10x10 Posts, stained _ *6x18 Ridge Beam, stained _ *6 x 16 Beams, stained _ *3 x 10 Rafters _ 2x6 T&G ceiling, stained _ *6x8 curved braces, stained _ Metal roof Stain color for posts, beams, and T&G ceiling to be determined by the City End cut design to be determined by the City Roof color to be determined by the City *Timber sizes are estimated and may be changed as long as they meet engineered structural load requirements and safety standards as determined by a qualified engineer. A-Frame design must be engineered and stamped. A city building permit is required, but the permit fee will be waived.
