Charles County Public Schools is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified bidders to provide preventative maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment on an as-needed basis. All work must be performed in accordance with the provisions provided. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded, but the right is reserved to award separate contracts, cancel the request, make an aggregate award, or split the award if it is in the best interest of the organization. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. Bidders must be registered as vendors/contractors with eMMA and select the appropriate commodity codes. Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
