The City of Lebanon is seeking bids for 2026 Long Line Pavement Markings and 2027 and 2028 additive alternative options. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Question Response Deadline February 6, 2026, 2:00pm The successful Bidder shall execute a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price within 5 business days of the NOTICE of AWARD. Performance Bond shall be executed by the Bidder, Owner, and a Surety Company. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any reason, or to accept any Bid which it deems to be in its best interest. Any Bid which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular may be rejected; any Bid having erasures or corrections in the price sheet may be rejected; any Bid which omits a bid on any one or more required items may be rejected; and any Bid accompanied by an insufficient or irregular certified check or Bid Bond may be rejected. The use of unbalanced bids is prohibited. The initial term of the contract shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the agreement start date and ending on end date. The City may, at its sole option, renew the contract for up to two additional one-year periods. The City reserves the right to decline renewal for any reason and shall not be required to provide justification. It is recommended a site visit be made. The CITY will not provide traffic control; traffic control should be included in the proposal given. This should be taken into consideration when submitting. All markings must meet NH State Specifications. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any irregularity in Bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary Bonds and Insurance Certificates. The City will award this project based on the City's discretion and may or may not include any or all bid alternatives. All work included in this bid is dependent upon the bid amounts and available funding. Actual quantities are subject to change and will be based upon actual field measurements taken during construction.
