This Project consists of the improvements to STONE STREET RECONSTRUCTION, between East Broad Street to East Main Street. The scope of the work consists of replacement of the existing pavement section with a new medium-duty asphalt pavement section, installation of new granite stone curbs, sidewalks, street lighting, drainage, signage, traffic signal replacement, and other incidental items. The scope also includes repairs to an underground vehicular tunnel and repairs / partial abandonment of an existing areaway. REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training requirements; MWBE goals and Workforce Goals requirements.
