Renovation of a detention facility in Smithfield, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to fabricate, deliver, and install the Fire Alarm Replacement for the Johnston CI Fire Alarm Replacement project. Fire Alarm Replacement shall be performed in accordance with the included Fire Alarm Replacement Scope of Work document and in accordance with the included contract drawings and contract specifications. Any questions, clarifications, or assumptions that would change the drawings or specifications must be submitted during the bid package review period. Bids must be submitted sealed, with all required documentation and clearly labeled as specified. Contractors must have proper state licenses and comply with North Carolina General Statute 87. Bids are to be made only on the provided Form of Proposal with all blanks properly filled in and signatures executed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
