Johnston County is soliciting qualification statements from qualified firms (hereinafter "Firm") with experience in conducting feasibility studies for livestock exhibition facilities that can accommodate horses, cattle, swine and small ruminants. Experience in studies that also focus on other agricultural facilities will also be helpful. This document will provide guidance for future facility planning and development, parking, and should include guidance on appropriate location features and proper siting. Johnston County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and will award in the best interest of Johnston County and the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
