Demolition for a multi-residential development in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of 2 residential structures. One structure is located in the City of Rock Island and the other is located in the City of East Moline. The City of Rock Island is the lead for both demolitions, and the contract will require approval by the Rock Island City Council as successor to the land bank authority. Bidders are instructed to read the demolition package for all required information and deadlines. There will not be a mandatory walk through, but an open house for bidders to walk through in preparation for asbestos removal will be held at 3321 7 1/2 Avenue, Rock Island.
