Franklin Falls Well and building are in need of upgrades. This is a remote site. Building should be replaced with a smaller more secure and energy efficient structure. The Franklin Falls well is located inside the building. The well is in need of rehabilitation due to high iron and manganese levels. The well has good production potential and is connected to the Water Treatment Plant by means of a river crossing pipeline. The project is included in the City's 2025-2040 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 13, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
