The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), under the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP), owns and operates regional wastewater collection and treatment facilities in the Lakes Region, which consist of 14 pump stations, a maintenance shop in Laconia, a wastewater treatment facility in Franklin, and interceptor sewers in ten communities. WRBP is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide As-Needed or Emergency Earthwork Repair Services within its service area. The selected contractor will be contracted to NHDES-WRBP. A standard state service contract agreement (P-37) along with Exhibits A, B, and C is included. Exhibit A requires the contractor to confirm compliance with state and federal confined space policy regulations, Exhibit B describes the scope of services, and Exhibit C is for the cost proposal. Proposals must be submitted by mail or email as specified and clearly marked for the intended service.
