Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of sewer reconstruction and rehabilitation in the Bow Street Area, Franklin, NH. Bid security of 5% of the total bid price is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and execute the contract within 10 days of bid acceptance. The project may be funded by a loan from the NH Clean Water State Revolving Fund, a State Aid Grant from the NH Department of Environmental Services, or a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act via NH DES. Bidders must comply with Presidential Executive Orders on Equal Employment Opportunity, demonstrate compliance with the Minority and Women's Business Enterprises rule, adhere to Davis Bacon wage provisions, and meet "American Iron and Steel" requirements if funded under CWSRF or DWSRF. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days post-opening. The owner reserves the right to reject or accept any bid, waive informality, or omit items in the owner's interest.
