Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Franklin, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Remove the existing stainless steel chimney liner and install a new stainless steel chimney liner for a wood-burning stove. Work includes repairing the brick-and-mortar chimney and correcting deficiencies identified in the existing conditions to ensure the wood stove and chimney system meet current codes and pass a certified chimney inspection. All materials and installations shall comply with manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards for wood stove and chimney liner systems. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.
