The project involves heating, ventilation, electricity and general works. Heating work includes installing control valves and cleaning the heating cabinets. Ventilation works include the replacement of VAV boxes. The electrical work includes the installation of 32 thermostats and probes, the connection of 32 heating valves, 3 Belimo actuators, 3 control transformers and the regulation control panel. General work mainly includes cleaning, painting and housekeeping. Note that you do not have to provide the control equipment for this project. Tender Guarantee All submissions must be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the submission excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque valid for forty-five (45) days, of an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a surety bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (L.R.Q., c.
