The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work for a water / sewer project as of January 20, 2026, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline has not yet been released. Brasfield & Gorrie is soliciting prequalification applications from subcontractors for the CPWS LTWSP construction project. This project is being funded by a loan from WIFIA and the State Revolving Fund Program, and proposers must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements - including, but not limited to, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts labor provisions, "American Iron and Steel" Provisions, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises requirements, Debarment Certification, EEO Compliance and Documentation.
