Site work for a mixed-use development in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work is the construction of the Matthew Peltzer Trailhead at Wilson Path. The project will construct a parking facility, sidewalks, and amenities to provide accessible access to the Wilson Pathway. Major construction features include excavation, aggregate base, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, lighting, sewer and water services, public restroom facility, fencing, bike racks, bike fix-it station, landscaping, sod, sprinkler system, and park amenities. The project duration is expected to be 90 calendar days. Instructions to bidders state that bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Bid security shall be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into contract as specified. Bidders must refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. The City of Nampa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City of Nampa.
