As of February 9, 2026 Kenosha County is cancelling Bid 2604 2026 Kemper Center Building Envelope Restoration Project Question Deadline 01/26/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Submit questions in writing via email to: Matthew Fleming, Purchasing Director, e-mail: matt.fleming@kenoshacountywi.gov The project consists of the restoration of the building envelope at the Kemper Center. Work includes masonry and limestone restoration/repointing, window and door restoration, window and door replacement, steel lintel restoration, and miscellaneous painting. A bid addendum will be issued if the meeting is changed or cancelled. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous. Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Bid. Any communications or questions regarding the specifications, or special conditions of bid should be written and submitted to Purchasing as soon as possible, but no later than 1/26/2026.
