Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are invited for the Lacamas Regional Park Overflow Parking Lot Paving Restoration. The project involves paving restoration for the overflow parking lot at Lacamas Regional Park. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and location specified. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be given full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. For further details, bid specifications may be requested by emailing the Office of Purchasing/general Services. Mobilization, Excavation and Haul, Subgrade Preparation, Gravel Parking Surface, Entrance Barrier Curb , Concrete Walkway , Concrete HC Ramp , Concrete HC Ramp , 8"x8"x8' Concrete Wheel Stops, 6"x6"x6' Concrete Wheel Stops, Stormwater Ponds and Swales Remove 8"of parking lot surfacing from site and legally dispose of. Scarify subgrade to 8" depth and recompact to 95% standard proctor. Replace removed material with 5" of crushed surfacing base course and 3" of crushed surfacing top course per WSDOT Specifications. Compact each course to 95% standard proctor. Layout of wheel stops to be coordinated in the field with the County. Wheel stops should be set 2' from edge of gravel surface and held in place with two (2) 4' long #4 rebar per wheel stop. Wheel stops shall be 2' apart and 2'+ along curved edge of parking. All asphalt and concrete work shall be done when surface temperature is 45 degrees and rising in dry conditions. Crack fill, seal coat, and stripe the asphalt parking lot located at 3400 NE Everett Street, Camas WA 98607. Exhibit C. . Parking lot is approximately 13,000 SF. .Crack fill amount is approximately 200 LF. .Handicap parking stall shall receive a 48" x48" 60 mil thermoplastic ADA compliant heatapplied reflective pavement marking.
