The Village of Westchester, Illinois ("Village") is requesting proposals from qualified ecological restoration and landscape vendors to provide invasive woody species removal, site preparation, and installation of native trees, shrubs, and ground cover within the public parkway located at the north end of Wedgwood Drive at Norfolk Avenue, Westchester, Illinois. All work must comply with applicable grant requirements and Village standards. The Village has been awarded grant funding to restore approximately 0.45 acres of parkway by removing invasive woody vegetation and re-establishing a diverse native plant community. The project is intended to improve biodiversity, strengthen the urban canopy, enhance stormwater management, and increase long-term ecological resilience. North parkway along Wedgwood Drive at the north end of Norfolk Avenue, Westchester, Illinois.
