Site Directions: Area bound by Canterbury Street on the north, Mannheim Road on the west, Balmoral Avenue on the south, and approximately Westchester Boulevard on the east. The Village of Westchester is soliciting this Request for Proposal (RFP) for contractor services to clean and televise existing 10" to 24" sanitary sewers. It is anticipated that approximately 4,875 linear feet of 10", 475 linear feet of 12", 575 linear feet of 15", 1,750 linear feet of 21", and 2,000 linear feet of 24" sanitary sewer will be cleaned and televised as part of this project. All questions shall be submitted to John LaPaglia, CBBEL, in writing to jlapaglia@cbbel.com, no later than September 2, 2025 at 1:00pm local time.
