Site Address: Various locations within the Village City: Westchester County: Cook State/Province: IL Site Directions: Canterbury Street, Pelham Street/Drury Lane, and Norfolk Avenue within the Village of Westchester, Cook County, IL 60154. Est. Value Notes: $750,000 Est. Completion Date: June 27, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes The proposed work is officially known as "2025 SEWER LINING PROGRAM" and further described as sanitary and storm sewer main lining, epoxy sanitary manhole lining (Alternate Bid), and all necessary restoration as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL). All lining improvements shall be constructed with the use of Local Funds. All work, including punchlist items, shall be completed within 30 Working Days. All work shall be completed prior/in conjunction with to the Village's 2025 Water Main Improvements Program. No work can begin until May 1, 2025 unless otherwise authorized by the Village in writing.
