The Village of Westchester, Cook County, Illinois ("Village"), is seeking qualified snow removal contractors to become preferred vendors ("Contractors") for our 2024-2025 Snow Removal Rebate Program for Low-Income Seniors and Disabled Residents ("Program"). This Program is designed to assist up to 150 residences ("Participants") with the cost of snow removal on their private residential properties. Given the nature of the Program and the needs of the Participants, the list of preferred Contractors will prioritize those offering the most competitive pricing while maintaining high standards of service quality. Proposers interested in this proposal ("Proposers") must register with the Village to receive updates and addenda. Registration, inquiries, and questions regarding this request and other related documents should be submitted in writing via email to Annie Canavan, Administrative Services Coordinator/Deputy Village Clerk, at acanavan@westchester-il.gov no later than September 19, 2024, 12:00 p.m. local time. A log of Proposers questions will be maintained and answers shared with all Proposers via email on September 20, 2024. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to determine which proposal(s) are, in the Village's judgment, the most responsive and beneficial. The Village also reserves the right to accept multiple proposals, waive any informalities, and remove certain items listed in the proposals at its discretion.
