Paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Logan, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,260-square-foot municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for a complete renovation of an existing structure of approximately 12,260 square feet, to include customer waiting and work room, offices, multi-use room, breakroom, restrooms, and storage area. Site improvements will include paving, sidewalks, and lighting. One general contract will cover all material, labor, and services as outlined in the drawings and bid manual. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guaranty as specified in the project documents. Bidders can obtain complete sets of bidding documents from the architect for a non-refundable charge or receive an electronic set at no charge by registering with the architect to receive addendums. Question Deadline 02/02/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall be received by the Architect at least four days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
