The 100% performance - labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Award will be made to the lowest responsible BIDDER as determined by the City using the criteria contained in City ordinances governing the award of contracts. The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all PROPOSALS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
