Scope of work includes but is not limited to: demolition and replacement of existing exterior exit doors and hardware. Replace all classroom hardware with storefront locksets. Additional access control will be required to be integrated into the exterior doors. Comply with the required storefront and FRP exterior door requirements of the latest Design Requirements. Particular attention should be paid to the condition of fire rated doors and repaired or replaced as necessary. The Owner has retained the services of a Program Manager to represent the Owner's interest during the construction of the work.
