River Road Bus Parking Area (D3 Bus Parking Facility) Charleston County School District (CCSD) intends to construct a school bus parking area on CCSD property on Johns Island located at 2900 Moonbeam Drive. The bus parking area is on the site of the New District 9 Elementary School (designed and permitted separately), which is currently under construction. The project includes a parking area for 30 buses, a new administrative building that will contain offices and a gathering/training area for bus drivers, and a 36-space passenger vehicle parking lot. The project also includes construction of stormwater, water, sewer, and power infrastructure to support the parking areas and building. The District may cancel this solicitation in whole or in part. The District may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. Bid Bond: Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required.
