The scope of work includes cleaning, repairs, painting, flooring, and interior improvements as detailed in the RFP. Construction Cost Range : 10,000-100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the following tasks: 1. HVAC and Ducts o Perform a complete cleaning of all ducts and HVAC components. 2. Interior Walls and Ceilings o Remove existing sound paneling from designated interior walls. o Repair and finish drywall in all affected areas, including areas around restroom urinals. o Install new sound or noise dampening panels to reduce echo and noise in station. o Paint all interior walls, ceilings, and trim throughout the structure with a durable, washable finish. 3. Flooring o Remove and replace carpeting in three bedrooms with durable carpeting suitable for station use. o Clean existing non-carpeted flooring. 4.
