Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Coachella, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 19, 2026 this project as not yet been awarded. Project is ecpected to be awarded on February 25, 2026 Council Meeting. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the Bella Canto Neighborhood Pavement Rehabilitation Project, City Project No. ST-132. The project consists generally of a 1.5" asphalt grind and overlay, potential removal of 3" total depth of asphalt, aggregate base/subgrade, and placement of 3" asphalt. Additional work includes speed hump removal and reconstruction, signage and striping improvements, and all associated work. All work must be constructed and performed in a workmanlike, professional manner to the satisfaction of the City. The full project must be completed within 30 working days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder must provide preliminary project schedules, traffic control plans, and other specified submittals for review, and order any long lead time equipment items immediately following the notice of award.
