Proposals are solicited for furnishing the merchandise, supplies, services, and/or equipment set forth in this Bid. This proposal will be for a Complete Turnkey Project for a Digital Billboard. Vendors are required to register using the district's e-Bidding website, with no vendor fee. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline. Proposals will remain sealed until the due date and time and will remain confidential during the negotiations period. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities, or to accept the proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the district. The district is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax, so tax must not be included in the bid. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the official opening. After the official opening, bids may not be amended, altered, or withdrawn without approval. The undersigned agrees, if this bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered at the prices and terms contained in the specifications, for a one-year term following school board approval. Interested vendors must view solicitation documents and submit their proposal electronically by the deadline. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted online through the designated e-Bidding website before the specified deadline. The district will only respond to questions submitted online. Proposals are to be uploaded in accordance with the instructions provided within the Bid.
