Proposals are solicited for furnishing the merchandise, supplies, services, and/or equipment set forth in this bid. Vendors are required to register using the district's e-Bidding website. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the specified deadline. The district is requesting bids from interested and qualified vendors to be provided in accordance with the specifications established within this solicitation. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening. The district reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities, and to award bids in the best interest of the district. The period for acceptance will be based on a one-year term with optional two (2) one (1) year extensions if agreed to by both the awarded vendor and the school district at each anniversary date.
