Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineering and Consulting Services for Rio Grande City Economic Development Corporation (EDC) for the International Drive Project. Firms may submit proposals for any or all activities, and multiple contracts may be awarded. The City will determine the number of contracts to award, and may choose not to award any contracts. Firms and individuals should have experience with federal- and state-funded programs. Submittals must be received by the stated deadline, and late responses will not be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any or all persons or firms submitting statements of qualifications according to the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act. The contract(s) are subject to American Iron and Steel requirements, EPA’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, Equal Opportunity in Employment, and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
