Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of an Architect. The intent of this project is to design and construct a memorial to commemorate and honour the invaluable contributions and sacrifices Ontario's construction workers have made to build the province. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - At the schematic design phase, develop 3 concept designs for presentation to the ministry in order for them to choose one concept design for approval. - Presentations to be made for each concept design with complete design brief (Material to be used), cost estimate and schedule milestone for completion and installation. - In addition to preparing the design options, the designer will also recommend a location within the allotted space. - Incorporating feedback from client and stakeholders after each review cycle. - Preparing the final approved design (including drawings, renderings, and specifications). - Supporting visualization of the memorial concept (e.g., 3D renderings or equivalent representation) - Developing materials for the unveiling event such as renderings, or visuals for public presentation.
