Solicitation number 1240LU26Q0013 is for the rehabilitation of Park Lake Dam located on the Helena Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The work includes clearing and grubbing, dewatering Park Lake, deconstruction of the existing dam, construction of a new dam with a new seismic foundation, hydraulic seepage control, road reconstruction, reclamation, and all other tasks associated with dam rehabilitation and construction. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, scheduling, and sequencing necessary to complete the project over two field seasons. Location: Helena Ranger District, Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest, Helena, Montana. Questions shall be submitted via email to lisa.rakich@usda.gov and are due no later than February 11, 2026. Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
