No bidder may withdraw its bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The state may reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Scope of Work a. Demolition and Removal i. Existing brick paver sidewalks. ii. Existing site amenities and decorative walls. iii. Existing concrete curb. b. Sidewalk Installation i. Construction of new brick paver sidewalks and ramps. ii. Construction of new concrete sidewalks, ramps, and detectable warning surfaces. c. Site Amenities i. Resetting of decorative brick walls. ii. Installation of benches. iii. Installation of railings. d. Restoration i. Rough and fine grading. ii. Lawn restoration. iii. Trench repair. iv. Site cleanup. 2. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Every request for an interpretation relating to clarification or correction of the plans, specifications, or other bid documents must be made in writing, addressed to the architect/engineer and the DPMC Director, and must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids. Questions regarding the project are due Thursday, February 12, 2026 no later than 12:00 PM.
