The work involves the supply of five string, grid-interactive, three-phase, transformerless inverters suitable for commercial solar applications and designed for 480 VAC systems. The inverters must meet specific technical requirements, including a rated AC output power of 36KW at 480VAC, maximum apparent power of 36KVA, support for maximum PV power of 54KW, DC voltage ranges, two independent MPPT trackers, multiple DC inputs, and required safety and protection features. The units must comply with standards such as UL 1741-SA and IEEE 1547, include a NEMA 4X outdoor-rated enclosure, integrated disconnect switches, a factory-supplied termination box, and remote monitoring capability. Delivery must not exceed 28 calendar days from receipt of order, and the inverters must match and intermember with existing departmental equipment. Bidders are instructed to provide a complete detailed description for each item, including manufacturer name and part number, even if matching specified items. Any deviation from specified brands or part numbers requires submission of literature or specifications. Only responses submitted through the ERSP system will be accepted, and all forms required at bid submittal must be downloaded and included. Further, bids are to include unit price and extension, with the unit price prevailing in case of discrepancies. Environmentally preferable alternatives should be offered where available. All quoted prices must include delivery charges (FOB destination).
