This Site is in the State Road 100 Community Development Area (SR 100 CRA). All parcels are intended to function as a single, unified development site. The total combined site dimensions are 960'+/- x 350'+/-. Although the property currently has frontage on Bulldog Drive and Midway Drive, the right-of-way for Midway Drive will be located and added to the Site. All City-owned parcels are offered together as a single, consolidated development opportunity. The City will enter into one master transaction with one selected proposer. The City will not sell or lease individual parcels under this RFP. Following award, the selected proposer may internally subdivide or phase the Site, subject to all applicable City approvals.
