No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Palm Coast intends to solicit proposals from qualified development entitiesfor the acquisition, lease, or public-private development of City-owned property located in the Central Avenue/ Bulldog Drive area. This Site is in the State Road 100 Community Development Area (SR 100 CRA). Question Deadline Question Deadline 02/19/2026 at 2:00 PM ET change from 01/30/2026 02:00 PM Any Questions Concerning the Intent, Meaning and Interpretations of the Solicitation Documents Including the Draft Agreement, Must Be Requested in Writing Through online at Least Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior to the Due Date. All submittals will be evaluated by City staff in accordance with the criteria set forth in the solicitation documents. The City reserves the right to reject all submittals, to waive any formalities, and to solicit and readvertise for new bids/proposals, or to abandon the project in its entirety. The above aerial depicts the configuration and location of City-owned parcels totaling approximately 7.793 acres located south of Central Avenue and east of Bulldog Drive Figure 1 - Bulldog Platted Aerial The Site consists of approximately 7.793 acres of City-owned, platted parcels. All parcels are intended to function as a single, unified development site. The total combined site dimensions are 960'+/- x 350'+/-. Although the property currently has frontage on Bulldog Drive and Midway Drive, the right-of-way for Midway Drive will be located and added to the Site. All City-owned parcels are offered together as a single, consolidated development opportunity. The City will enter into one master transaction with one selected proposer. The City will not sell or lease individual parcels under this RFP. Following award, the selected proposer may internally subdivide or phase the Site, subject to all applicable City approvals.
