Harrison Alternative High School - Window Replacement & Exterior Wall Reconstruction Location: 1431 17th St., Heyburn, Idaho Project 2: Minico High School - Gym Renovation / Upgrade Project Location: 292 W 100 S, Rupert, Idaho Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) Services Minidoka County Joint School District No. 331 ("District") is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms licensed in the State of Idaho and qualified to provide Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the following project: Minico High School - Gym Renovation / Upgrade Project The District intends to procure CM/GC services using a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process consistent with Idaho Code 67-2320 and applicable public works statutes. The District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive informalities, and negotiate with the most qualified firm(s).
